A lovely puppy, subsequently called Bella, spent her life at a municipal shelter.
Dog shelters in Romania are not like those in the United States. The dogs are routinely kept outdoors in less than optimal circumstances. Because of Romania’s poverty, the shelters do not get enough food from donations, therefore the dogs do not eat as much as they should.

Bella was afraid and underweight. She’d never been hugged or loved before. Her morale was being shattered by her stay in the shelter. The video below shows Howl Of A Dog, a Romanian rescue organisation, removing Bella from the shelter in order to find her a permanent home.
The rescuers and Bella run to the veterinarian. Her face is expressionless as she sits next her new human acquaintance in the automobile. She recognizes that her life is going to change when she is given love.
Bella was absolutely fatigued. Bella barely slept, according to shelter employees. She struggled to feel safe in her kennel. Her eyes begin to shut as she sits there being patted. It’s lovely to watch her finally relax.
Then Bella does something really touching. She puts her head on the lap of her saviour. She is able to sleep while they travel to the vet’s office. The automobile is peaceful and quiet, and the lady next to her seems nice and friendly. This was just what Bella needs. A dog’s feeling of security is vital.
Bella has found her permanent home and is having a happy life since the recording of this video. Please share the word about Bella’s little video and narrative. Everyone should be there to see a shelter dog’s first moments of serenity. Giving homes to dogs that are already in shelters and in need of affection is crucial.
