A little puppy less than a month old was tossed into a pit. The tiny pup was helpless and alone, shivering in the cold and continually whimpering for its mother.
The puppy’s howls rang across the neighborhood until a nice person heard them and instantly raced to the pit.
The person was devastated at the sight of the helpless puppy and realized that they had to save him.
The compassionate person took the puppy to the local veterinary facility where he was given a warm bed and a full breakfast. The vet examined the pup and concluded that he was suffering from malnutrition and hypothermia.
The vet worked valiantly to bring the puppy back to health and soon, he was back to his lively self. The wonderful person who saved the puppy felt close to him and chose to adopt him.
They named him Lucky and he immediately became a treasured member of the family.
