This man performed a heroic act by defending the helpless puppy, and the best part is that he gave him another chance.
Brandon Turnbow, a biker, demonstrated his heartfelt love on Valentine’s Day by stopping everything to save a little dog who was being abused.
Turnbow was riding his motorcycle down Highway 171 in Texas, on his way to meet his father for a day of riding.
Turnbow was driving down the highway when he saw a cruel man thrashing a small Jack Russell. He was stunned, and he quickly decided to tell the guy what he thought. The man threw the dog to the curb and drove away before he could respond.
Turnbow knew he couldn’t leave the little dog alone because he was hurt and scared, so he approached the shivering dog slowly. He was afraid the dog would run into traffic, but he did not move.
“I take a chance and just fold my body over him to see if he will bite or trust me,” Turnbow wrote on Facebook. ” He then shook his body into me, so I stood up and sat him on the bike seat with him in my arms. ” “What now?” I wondered.
Turnbow was aware that he needed to act quickly, but he didn’t want to scare the dog any further. So, before resuming his journey, he turned on the motorcycle to help the pup adjust to the vibrations. Once the small Jack Russell appeared to be at ease, Turnbow placed it in his bag.
He fell in love the moment he saw the dog’s big eyes staring at him.
“In my rearview mirror, I saw this guy throw the dog into the air and drive away.” Brandon explained on Facebook, “I chased him down just to give him the number one sign.” “And please welcome Mr. DAVIDSON, my new copilot.”
Turnbow named the dog Mr. Davidson after his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and he brought him home that day. Fortunately, Mr. Davidson enjoyed riding Turnbow’s motorcycle with him!
“I try to look back as much as possible to see if the dog was trying to move around or not, and surprisingly, he liked riding…. Mr Davidson was overjoyed because we only had 45 miles to ride back to my house! I think he was irritated because I was sometimes blocking his wind!”
The 10-year-old dog adjusted quickly to his new surroundings and fell in love with his new father.
Mr. Davidson adored Turnbow in the same way that the dog adored him. He even wrote a moving song about the puppy.
Mr. Davidson is still in love with Turnbow two years after being rescued.
After a long day of work, the two enjoy sitting by the fire!
Turnbow was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time, allowing him to save this little dog who had no family. We’re thrilled that these two have met!
